HS Boys Golf:
On April 29th, the Golf Team competed in the Hoxie Invitational. The Team placed 2nd with a score of 319 and the following members also placed: Easton Fink - 69-1st place; Manny Mancia-82-8th place; Cauy Bosserman-84 & Carter Selensky-84 tied for 10th, Gage Eberle-105-tied for 62nd.
On May 5th, The Golf Team competed a the Hays-TMP Meet. The Team placed 2nd with a score of 349 and the following members also placed: Easton Fink-72-1st place; Cauy Bosserman-86-8th place; Manny Mancia-92-16th place, Carter Selensky-99-37th place and Gage Eberle-110-69th place.

Finals Schedule

Congratulations 2A State Champions! Esports - Overwatch 2
Clara Sporing, Alex Seybold, Taylor Wright (coach), Conner Cook, Kellen Brooks, and Louie (joined the team at state).
2A Esports Champions and 4th place Overall in all classes 1A-6A

Oakley Forensics competed at Western Plains on Wednesday. Competitors included Zyanya Bravo (Extemporaneous Speaking and Prose), Cambria Groom (Poetry), Amanda Wegele (Original Oration), and Eli Schmidt & Brogan Wolf (Improvised Duet Acting).
Amanda brought home a 6th place medal in OO. Brogan and Eli brought home the gold in IDA and qualified for State!
This year's team has had a great season so far, with students trying many new events!



Sea Breeze was a top performer in the high school division of the online KidWInd challenge and has been invited to KidWind Worlds 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Oakley school district has now qualified three teams for KidWind Worlds.

Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians: The HS Track meet scheduled for Tuesday, April 1st @ Tribune has been postponed due to the high wind warning.
The Kansas Shrine Dual will highlight top high school senior wrestlers from Kansas in a dual-team format to benefit Shriners Children's Hospital. Scheduled for March 29th, 2025, at Fugate Gymnasium on the Newman University campus in Wichita, the event will feature an East vs. West format. Notable matchups for Oakley High School include Atavia Cain taking on Grace Stean from Tonganoxie in the 180-pound weight class and Carter Krier competing against Jacob Garner from Lansing in the 141-pound weight class. All net proceeds will support Shriners Children's Hospital, which is dedicated to improving the lives of children.
