Hs Business Management: Business Management students rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on with real-world business concepts—by making their own custom ice cream sundaes! 😋
Students tracked labor time, calculated cost of goods to build their sundaes, and then broke down the ingredient costs to determine an accurate selling price. Afterward, we discussed how spills, waste, and price adjustments can impact overall profitability in a business. 💸📊
